Bruschetta

I made bruschetta for an afternoon snack. I toasted sourdough bread from whole foods and put extra virgin olive oil on it. Then I rubbed garlic on and put on slices of tomato, brie, basil and sprinkled sea salt on it. I didn't have mozzarella so I used brie instead, next time I want to try it with mozzarella and also put the sea salt on before the other toppings. This was a delicious snack and very easy to make!
